Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the greatnzbearhunt.co.nz website (the “Service”) operated by Solve Group Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) – NZBN9429041848944.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Order Fulfilment Policy

Digital Product: All orders for digital products are instantly accessible once login registration has been completed by the customer.

Physical Product: We endeavour to dispatch all orders for physical products on the next business day.

Your order will be sent to you by courier (with tracking) or by air post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Approximate Delivery Times after Dispatch

  • Within New Zealand:  1 – 3 days
  • Anywhere else in the world: 6 – 10 days

Exchange-Refund Policy

Digital Product: Digital products are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase.

If a digital book does not perform as described, you may return it for a refund at any time.

When a refund is granted, we'll remove access to the digital product and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please email us at admin@solvegroup.org.

Physical Product: You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to request, by email, an exchange. We will only consider a replacement if the item was purchased on the greatnzbearhunt.co.nz website and was defective when you received it. Our email address is admin@solvegroup.org.

To be eligible for consideration, the defective or damaged item must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase, along with the receipt or proof of purchase and your shipping address. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our address for returns is PO Box 91484, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142.

When you return a defective or damaged item to us, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

We will inspect the item and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. Approved exchanges will be actioned within 7 working days.

Please note that only regular priced items can be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
